Transition Coaching

Transitioning -  Moving Your Life Train forward in a new direction.

Transition in one's life can occur at any moment in time: empty nest, retirement, illness, job change, sudden loss or a move.  Regardless of these transitions putting together a plan can be challenging in itself.    In transitioning your train forward brings mixed emotions: anxiety, fear, excitement, overwhelmed, or even a sense of peacefulness.  Through this process a coaches role is to provide support to the client to help them develop their creativity, utilize their resources, and return to wholeness.

Fulfillment -  Fulfillment is living a valued life that is meaningful and has purpose.

Balance - Since our life is always in motion one looks at their life from a variety of perspectives. At times we find ourselves off balance.  Developing a new perspective allows you to create balance and flexible organizational skills to get your through unexpected transitions that occur in our lives.

Process -  Although transition takes time you can move your train out of the station and down the track towards your goal.

Living a full L.I.F.E

Each year we venture out to select the perfect calendar for the New Year.  Our family has selected a variety of calendars depicting nature, horses, even homemade calendars showing various family pictures from the previous year.  As the winter blast finishes out the month of January and as I begin a new employment journey I begin to plan life events into our new calendar.

This year was no exception. As we ventured out this year a stack of calendars (on display at Kroger's) caught our eye.  The title on the cover was: "Love the Life You Living."   The January caption  - Chase Your Dreams was just the title for our family.  How about yours?  What dreams are you wanting to achieve this year?
